Damir Karaman started his dance career in 1991. He wasn't the most naturally talented dancer at the start, but what he lacked in talent, he made up for in grit, discipline, and work ethic.

Within a few years he won his first National International Latin Championship, followed by five consecutive titles.

In 2000 he moved to the USA, and in 2002 opened EuroRhythm Dance Studio, blending European dance expertise with American culture and values. His career evolved into teaching, coaching, Pro/Am competing, and studio ownership.

He has coached and trained many successful dancers who went on to become World and National Champions, professionals on Dancing With The Stars, choreographers for major artists, dance captains for Phoenix Suns and Arizona Cardinals dancers, studio owners, and more.

Damir founded a coaching method called “Quantum Dancing”, which explores hidden factors affecting balance including emotions, thoughts, language, and personality. This lecture was published by the World Dance Council in 2017.

Today, Damir is dedicated to training a new generation of dance teachers and professionals by providing structured career pathways, job opportunities, and ongoing support.

He designed the EuroRhythm Dance Teacher Academy to support this mission and serves as its main instructor alongside other prominent industry professionals.
